These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of these Terms will be the state and federal courts located in Seattle, and each of the parties hereto waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
The views and opinions expressed on the Branch Partners PLLC website are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of Branch Partners PLLC. Any content provided by the author(s) are of their opinion, and are not intended to malign any religion, ethic group, club, organization, company, individual or anyone or anything.
