Heather serves as Of Counsel to Branch Partners with regard to copyright and trademark matters. Heather brings extensive experience in the prosecution of applications for federal registration, as well as the resolution of inter partes and ex parte proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO.
In her approach to law practice, Heather strives to achieve a clear and in-depth understanding of each client’s unique business model and objectives, often incorporating both legal and pragmatic considerations in her guidance and counsel.
Heather has been named a “Rising Star” by Washington Superlawyers, achieved a “Superb” rating from Avvo, and been named a “Top Attorney” by Seattle Met magazine. In addition to her law career, Heather is also an accomplished classical violinist, and has performed with the Tacoma, Puget Sound, and Port Angeles Symphony Orchestras.
